User Agreement
Welcome to Crinexlp, an image style transformation application featuring a pixel-inspired design. This User Agreement outlines the terms and guidelines for your use of Crinexlp, which is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
Crinexlp is designed to be fully accessible without the need for account registration, login credentials, or the provision of any personal information. You can use all core features of the App immediately after installation, with complete control over your images and usage experience. This agreement is intended to be clear and straightforward, focusing on your use of the App and our commitment to providing a simple, secure, and enjoyable service.
Crinexlp does not collect any facial information, face data, or biometric facial data from users under any circumstances. This commitment applies to all aspects of the App, including image processing, storage, and all core features. We do not scan, capture, extract, analyze, store, or transmit any facial features—such as facial contours, eyes, nose, mouth, or any other biometric markers—from any images you upload, capture, or process using the App. Even when you use the App to transform images containing human faces, our AI model only processes the overall color, texture, and structure of the image to apply the selected style (Pixel Art, Retro Vintage, or Perler Bead), and no facial information is ever separated, retained, or used for any purpose. The App has no built-in technology or functionality designed to detect, identify, or collect facial information, and we never share, sell, or disclose any facial data because we never collect it in the first place.
Crinexlp enables you to transform your images into three distinct styles: Pixel Art, Retro Vintage, and Perler Bead. As a user, you may use the App to:
All image processing and data storage related to these features occurs entirely locally on your device. The App does not upload your original images, transformed images, or any image-related data to any external servers, cloud storage, or third-party services.
It is critical to reiterate that the App does not collect any facial information during any of these processes. When you select, capture, or transform images—even images containing human faces—no facial data is collected, processed, or stored. The AI model’s sole purpose is to apply the selected style to the entire image, and it does not target, detect, or extract any facial features. There is no facial recognition technology integrated into the App, and no algorithms are used to analyze or collect facial information. Your facial features remain completely private and uncollected at all times.
When using Crinexlp, you agree to the following responsibilities to ensure a positive experience and compliance with the App’s intended use:
Your responsibilities when using the App do not involve providing any facial information, and we do not require or request any facial data from you. We do not use facial information to verify your compliance with these responsibilities, and we do not collect any facial data to enforce these terms. Our commitment to not collecting facial information means that your facial features are never linked to your usage of the App or your compliance with this agreement.
As outlined in the App’s Privacy Policy, all image processing in Crinexlp is performed locally on your device. This means that your original images, transformed images, and any temporary processing data never leave your device. You have full and exclusive control over all images and data related to your use of the App:
We do not collect any facial information in connection with image processing or data storage. Even when you save a transformed image that contains a face, the image is stored as a whole file, and no facial data is extracted, separated, or stored separately. The App does not create or maintain any database, file, or record of facial features, and there is no functionality that allows the App to recall or use facial information from any stored images. Your facial information is never stored—even temporarily—beyond the immediate processing of the image you are transforming, and it is never transmitted to any external party.
We may occasionally release updates to Crinexlp to improve functionality, add new features, fix bugs, or enhance the user experience. These updates may be delivered automatically through your device’s app store (e.g., App Store) or may require you to manually update the App.
By continuing to use the App after an update is released, you agree to the modified terms of this User Agreement (if any) and the updated App features. We recommend keeping the App updated to ensure you have access to the latest improvements and security enhancements. We will not notify you separately of updates, but you can check for updates through your device’s app store at any time.
All updates to the App will not include any functionality that collects facial information. We will never add facial recognition technology, facial data collection tools, or any features that require or involve the collection of facial information. Our commitment to not collecting facial data remains unchanged with every update, and we will never use updates to introduce facial information collection capabilities.
Crinexlp is provided “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees or warranties of any kind. We strive to ensure the App functions smoothly and reliably, but we cannot guarantee that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions. We are not responsible for any issues that may arise from using the App, including but not limited to:
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Crinexlp. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
This limitation of liability does not apply to any hypothetical claims related to facial information collection, as we do not collect any facial data. Since we never collect, store, or transmit facial information, there is no risk of facial data breaches, misuse, or unauthorized access to such data, and we cannot be held liable for issues related to facial information that we do not collect.
You may stop using Crinexlp at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. Uninstalling the App will remove all App-related data from your device, including the App’s gallery and any transformed images stored within the App (note: images saved to your device’s photo library will remain unless you delete them separately).
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App if you violate any terms of this User Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, using the App for illegal or inappropriate purposes, tampering with the App’s functionality, or violating the rights of others. If your access is terminated, you must uninstall the App and cease all use of its features.
Termination of use—whether initiated by you or by us—does not involve the collection, storage, or transmission of any facial information. When you uninstall the App or your access is terminated, no facial data is collected or retained, as we never collected any facial information in the first place. All image data remains on your device, and no facial features are extracted or transmitted during or after termination.
